We are so excited to introduce you to this amazing, home study approved Purl Family, and California adoptive couple: Phil, Filip, and their handsome son Miko! They have been together for 15 years and have built a strong relationship through love, trust, and kindness. They feel blessed with stable careers, loving families, and their son Miko (through an open adoption), but are longing to find the final puzzle piece to complete their family mosaic. Phil and Filip are beyond excited to grow their family through adoption, again!
This family is very fond of nature and the great outdoors. They hike, camp, or visit a park at least once a month. Miko has camped in 5 National Parks by the age of two! Phil and Filip also grow most of their summer vegetables in their backyard and have a colony of honeybees to make honey for baking and desserts. According to Phil, Filip is joyful, silly, kind, and gentle. He feels so lucky to spend his life with someone as special as him and to watch him be such an incredible father. In Filip’s words, Phil is a great listener and communicator. He says that his heart has an enormous capacity to feel for others, and this makes him a fantastic partner and an even better father. Miko is a fun-loving and energetic boy with an amazing sense of humor. He loves to share and has a very kind heart. Phil and Filip know he will make an excellent big brother! This trio is excited to open their hearts and their home to welcome another baby to love and raise together – completing their family through adoption!
